In short, what confuses you or makes you mad about processing credit cards?
I have a series of presentations that I will be performing over the next few months in various communities for Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations, Econ. Clubs, etc. that will be addressing Merchant-Credit Card Processing issues. I have a great deal of educational information about processing in general and will be able to share the experiences of many merchants, but I am sure there are countless other experiences, thoughts, questions and concerns that merchants have throughout the U.S..
I would appreciate input that anyone has regarding merchant processing whether it be face to face, MO/TO or e-commerce. good experiences, bad experiences, unique situations, dishonest sales practices, what aspects of service and support are important to you, what your perceptions of merchant processing are, anything that is confusing to you and anything else that you can think of.
The thorn in my side.
I hate the fact they are so dishonest. Math doesn't lie. when a small bus. takes cards the fees become costly. why should I pay you so much to handle my money?
The other thing, credit check. I'll show you mine when you show me yours.
Charge backs, What a crock. The customer gets to keep your merchandise and you pay them for it.
What can you do? 2/3 of my bus is done in credit cards.

Besides, retailers would have a merchant credit card terminal anyway.
Why would you want women who are so shallow as to be impressed by a stack of credit cards? They will expect you to use those cards to buy things for them and when they find out it's just a bunch of expired cards, they will be G O N E!
