I have a student credit card with citi, that expires in october. i'm just wondering if they will just send me a new card or if, because its a student card, will i have to reapply?
If your account is in good standing, I think they would just send you a new one.
They should just send you another so long as you are paying your bills. especially if you are using your card regularly. if you are carrying a balance, then they are making money off interest, so they have no logical reason to cancel you, because that is just loosing money. But in my experience, using the card regularly pretty much guarantees they will send you another.
If you are unsure, you can call them.
