Need Help!!! I was lost my HSBC add on credit card. Unfortunetly someone misused that card.?
I had HSBC credit card with add on card which was lost some six months ago. That add on card is with my mother's name. Unfortunetly i didn't cancelled my add on card. For the past eight month i was not in home country. Once after i checked my credit card bill only, i found that some huge money was spend on that. Already written a mail and compliented to HSBC bank. Still i'm receiving bill inclusive of late fee even though i lodged complient.
Now what i have to do?
whether i have to file one more complient in local home country police station? Any law or lawyer can help in this regards....
