If I get a student Visa to live in Alaska for a few months, do I have too pay tuition too go too high school?
I lived in Fairbanks AK for six years and now live in Victoria BC. I do not have an american citizenship. I want too go back and live with a friend for a few months. I want too know how I can do this without having to pay to attend the high school my friend goes too.
