I want to get my website up and running, but how do I set up the form of payment. Do I have to call a credit card co? I need to know. help!
Paypal is easy to setup for payment on your site and widely used on the internet. try that instead of CC payment. Is cheaper for you as well.
You could open a paypal account, get a program called "paylock generator", which would make a paynow button from paypal. you could open a clickbank account. you could sign up for a shopping cart service that processes credit card payments for you. or you could set it up with your bank although that would be the most expensive way.
GET IN TOUCH with your web provider, and ask them for a SHOPPING CART.. IT COMES with you monthly bill. and with all the JAMAICAN RUM that you want

When you open a checking account they should give you "starter checks." These checks should pretty much be blank except for your account number at the bottom. Not all places will accept starter checks either and all banks may not give them to you when you open an account. You could try asking your bank if they will give you some if they didn't do so when you signed up. I have never heard of a bank giving you a temporary debit card number or anything like that though.
