I applied for a credit card to 2 banks. one bank rejected my application regards invalid documents and another bank rejected regards not in service area.And my question is how much of my credit score will down?

The score goes down just a couple of points with each inquiry.
It is one of the things that affects the score the least.

If you are in the US - it's time to check your credit reports.
They are free once a year at : Annual Credit Report.com
In valid documents submitted for credit card requirement can be rectified by submitting the valid documents. it is not having any impact on your credit worthiness. hence it will not affect your credit score.
